Selling your home is never easy and can be very stressful. With Wayne and his team, we quickly learned we were in good hands.  At our very first meeting, the focus was on us and what we wanted –there wasnever a pushy sales approach. We thought we should do some upgrades to our home but, we were not sure how much we should spend and what would give us the best return for our time and money. Wayne did an extensive walk through of our home and provided suggestions of what would make the most sense without exceeding our budget. At no time did we feel any pressure that we had to complete these improvements, the decision was totally ours.  Once we set our budget and knew what we wanted to do, Janice was there to provide expert advice on all our design choices. These included:  wall and kitchen colours, as well as, carpet & laminate. The laminate was particularly problematic as it had to match several other existing floors. Janice made sure we ended up with the right one. We were also provided with recommendations for contractors to complete the work. At no time was there an expectation for us use the contactors suggested.  However, in the end we did- since these contractors were able to offer the best price and could complete the work within our timelines.  Once all the work was completed, the staging team came. The items and pictures that were brought in truly transformed our home into a show piece that we could be very proud of! The pictures and the virtual tour turned out amazing. We had to look at it several times because we just could not believe it was our house. After all the work and staging was done, it was time to go to market. Again everything was totally up to us with no pressure to have an open house. It was a whirlwind. Wayne had done such an excellent job marketing our home that we had over 40 showings in the first 5 days! Within 10 days our house sold at over 98% of the asking price. We are so delighted with the choice we made in trusting Wayne and his incredible team. We want to send a big thank you Wayne and his crew! Lori & Gerry
